CCQTA Membership Application

Effective the 26 day of April, 2025, the above organization applies for membership in the Canadian Crude Quality Technical Association and agrees to abide by the bylaws and polices of the Association. The person(s) designated are representatives of the member organization and are afforded rights to act on behalf of the member organization as per the Association bylaws.

The member organization also agrees to pay membership dues as designated each year at the annual general meeting.
